Shelf Candy Saturday: Insurgent

My Shelf Candy this week is also my most anticipated read of 2012!

I absolutely love the cover of Veronica Roth's "Insurgent". I love the skyline in the background and the fog and the swirling colors. I love how the tree is spun around like a vortex. I can not wait to have this book on my bookshelf! This will certainly be a book that I will buy in a hard-copy; a book this good and beautiful does not deserve to be in an e-book format! :-)

I am going to read the first book in the series, not only because I heard such great things, but because I've seen this cover for book two and thought I HAVE GOT TO READ THAT! haha

  6. I love this cover. I like it a lot better than the cover for Divergent, although Divergent is well done. Great feature.

  7. Love it! I agree with you. This book has to have its pretty face on my bookshelf, my Nook will not cut it. I can't wait. Thanks for stopping by my blog. I'm glad I discovered yours.

  8. Gorgeous! I love the cover for Divergent (though I've yet to read it) and this is even better. I especially love how they've carried similarities forward in the design and tagline. It's great how they've gone from "one choice can transform you" to "one choice can destroy you"!

Thanks for stopping by Project to be Read :)
