Review: Redemption

Summary from Goodreads:
The final test is here. The war is no longer a worry of tomorrow, but a reality of today. Turning back is no longer an option. Maybe it never was. It is time for Alexa Montgomery to look fate in the eyes. Death waits there for certain. The only question is... for who?

Review:
Redemption keeps you on the end of your seat for the entire journey of the book. Once again, Alexa is forced to make soul crushing decisions that will lead to the epic finale, the battle to kill the king. With the entire supernatural world now knowing that Nelly is half searcher and half Lamia, not only do they have to deal with the king and his warriors, but he has managed to turn many of their allies against them. With people being killed at every turn of this book, Alexa, Nelly, and Kayden are forced to decide how far they are willing to go to save their kind, and if there is anything they wouldn't risk. This book is not for the weak of heart. Ms. Gordon had made some difficult choices in her epic finale. The ending is fitting and as it should be, even though it is heart shattering for those who have followed this series from book one.
